Actually, that page *does* say it's over, especially considering it hasn't been updated in months.

It's really sad to look at this law site. Here was a group of people who were getting ready to make their fortunes and then....poof! It vanished. The site hasn't been updated since the beginning of January and most of the links are broken. Just one more example of how Y2K hurt some people :^)
