Not sure if the ad was ever aired in the UK, but this reminds me of a Burger King ad which featured Michael Jordan and Larry Bird competing to see who could net the ball in the flashiest way.

Yeah, but the result is a bit depressing isn't it? 10 of the side had first team experience and they couldn't beat BT.

Yup - an NUFC team that cost #14mm, managed a 2-2 draw (after extra time) with Bedlington Terriers, who fielded an injury-weakened side after losing their FA Vase quarter final to Chippenham on Saturday. The Toon equalised through Gavilan 8 minutes from the end of normal time.

What a bloody embarrassment!
