CPR is Charles P. Reuben of Dallas, TX -- a very well-known debunker. Anyone who's been in the Y2K debate for anytime knows of him.

If you DON'T know who he is, you obviously haven't ever visited any of the debunker's Web boards.

I think outta both sides of my brain. That's why I knew to listen to him and I could figure out who our trolls were.

Thinking out loud, I can't help but wonder how new you are to Y2k chatrooms. I didn't think anybody new would stumble in after February, and I can't imagine anybody who's been online for long could think we're the same person.

I'm being anal but I'm curious about your use of the word "chatroom". Isn't a chatroom a realtime conversation pit (like Bok's) whereas this place, Biffy's, Debunkers, etc are "forums" ("fora" for the Latin speakers). Just wondering if I'm missing something; you have called this place a chatroom more than once.

Yes, technically you're correct. I just call them all chatrooms because I feel like that's what we're doing -- chatting! Obviously we're doing it a lot slower than r/t but that's a plus for me. I like to take long breaks inbetween reading and writing.
