OK so people from the NE apart from Makems are known as Geordies, then there are the midland Yorkshirenmen.

What are people in the different parts of England called? And known I don't want to see w*nkers, tw*ts, Soft Southerners etc.

Folk from Yorkshire certainly aren't midlanders; that glamorous epithet is reserved for folk from Birmingham. Middlesborough is technically in yorkshire but we all know they're called Smoggies. Liverpudlians are Scousers.

It's all relative really. I call anyone from South of Durham a Southerner. (-;

Actually there are really only two kinds of folk, Non Geordies and God's Chosen People.

I thought it was Geordies and those who want to be.

Can I have some real answers here please. Yeah I know about Scousers, Mancunians, Smoggies, Makems.

But what about people from Leeds, London, Southampton, Ipswich, Blackbourne, Villa, Coventry. Are everton fans called scousers? What about Man. City v Manure? Surely people from different parts of London are refered to by different names? etc.
