At the grocery store I saw members of the ER cast on the cover of what I think was the Enquirer (not the best source for news, I know, but it got me intrigued. I probably should have opened it, but was in a hurry.). Am I loosing my mind, or did anyone else see this? It said something about someone quitting and someone committing suicide and had Kovac, Carol and Carter on it. No doubt Carol is the quitting one, but suicide? Anyone know anything?

Yeah, There are some more postings about it. But, if you dont feel like going down through them I know that Carol is about the quitting one. I have also heard that Carter was going to attempt suicide at one point, and its too much for Carol to go through and that is what drives her to leave. I dont know why Luca is on there though. I am not taking credit for this, i read it in a earlier post.

carol, suicide..um no. she has so much going for her[ or she will]. maybe its carter who trys suicide.will see. plus the star, and enquier..not the best source for info.

I wonder if it will be accidental? Really ... I don't see him being serious about killing himself (major trauma or not). My guess is the pain is unbearable and he takes a few too many pain-killers. JMHO, anyway. I agree it probably won't be Carol. She wouldn't leave her babies like that. And, you are right, it was Star. I saw it again yesterday. I was still too chicken to pick one of those papers up, though.

Chicken as I was, curiosity won out. I bought the Star magazine (yikes!). MAJOR SPOILERS FOLLOW!! Carter has everyone worried because of the way he is acting, just walks out during the last epi, has everyone wondering if he killed himself, tests show he might be bi-polar. Can't remember much about Carol, except that she leaves during one epi from a major meltdown, and comes back in the final epi to say she is moving to Seattle with Doug.
