Does anyone know any software will allow me to pause while I am watching a movie and let me save/print this particular clip (frame)?

Answers

Presumably your talking about viewing on the computer. Software like Cyberlinks VCD or DVD players have that option to capture a frame and so does the software associated with the Hollywood Plus decoder card.
