hi there strangers! erin said that i should come and post something here, so here i am!

anyhow, my name is danica and i live in nashville. i've known erin for a about 2 years i reckon. she told me to go see joe 90 while they were in town, so after hearing all her travel stories and about the band, i went.

proved to be a great thing. i can't give you a proper review because 1) i don't know song titles yet 2) i have a headache. i will however say that i was EXTREMELY impressed with the band, musically, chris's vocals, and personality wise. i don't think i could have met a nicer group of guys last night. i really respect when bands sit and have a chat with people, ones they know and the new ones.

last night was the first time i had heard joe 90s music other than 30 sec clips from cdnow. everything about it ws great and the guys being so nice and friendly and chatty just made the scales tip.

so a big thanks to erin for encougraging me to go to the show. i met erica there after the show on a whim and she really is a fabulous person, and we got on well! :)

and i love your photos - to anyone that hasnt loaded them yet, its a bit of a load. so be patient. but worth it.

hi danica!!!!

first, how do you pronounce your name? does it kind of rhyme with monica or is it more like shaneequa? (ya love me already, don't you?!)

i love your pictures. everyone go look at danica's pics right now!! omg!!! is it me, or is their hair getting pretty darn long? not that that's a bad thing...i think it's kind of cute. (did i say 'cute'?) you know...cute in the way of how someone looks when they're all sleepy and woozy and cute.

my favorite one is of chrissoseefried...it's a little bit blurry, but it does a good job of capturing his smile. it's the bright one in the second row from the bottom, and in 3 from the end. see? i told you: cute!

there's one of craig at the very end that i really like (he doesn't look like evil craig in these pics, either!) and one of gary up three rows and at the end (who would guess that that voice could come out of someone so suave looking?)

so, welcome to danica, thanks for posting your link! and hi to everyone else! and i'm hungry, so i'm going home.

danica, we would NEVER shoot anyone who comes bearing as many wonderful pictures as you have. thank you. and they are definitely worth the wait. i'm glad you had such a good time at the show. it's always nice to see new joe90 converts. :)

chris and kristin - i'm glad you guys enjoyed the photo's! :) makes me happy that some peopel could enjoy them as well.

erin! i'm talking to you now! but i miss you! when i think about that i think about east lansing... "don't look at me! you'r egoing to make me cry!" *sigh* ahhh the days.

oh and a public thank you to aimee for her so sweet email. y'all just seem like the nicest people! i guess a nice band attracts nice people, huh? :)
