Our Imposter Troll has finally given up the little jibes and started spamming. How sad.

greenspun.com : LUSENET : TB2K spinoff uncensored : One Thread

Imposter Troll, you don't realize how sad this looks. EZBoarders can't handle the existence of another forum, so they spam it like little children. Looks like they're not above DOS attacks when it suits them. Pathetic.

I have to agree... this does not sound like "Lady Logic." Despite her well-documented mental issues, I think she can spell "losers" correctly. While I support free speech, I think the sysop can delete posts that are simply duplicative... unless someone wants to argue this is some kind of performance art. (chuckle)

-- Ken Decker (kcdecker@worldnet.att.net), March 13, 2000.

And, of course, news of the "spamming by LL" has already made its way to the EZBoard. Imagine that.

-- (hmm@hmm.hmm), March 13, 2000.

How do you know it's an imposter, hmmmmmmmmm? Don't worry, I'm sure that for a small donation to "Fur Forgotten", this whole mess can be cleaned up by Phil. The uncensored forum extends invitations out to Looneys-R-Us and then attempts to blame those who sent them packing? Thank goodness most of your forum participants aren't so gullible.

-- Will continue (farming@home.com), March 13, 2000.

I have to ask the question what was deleted and why? Once you start removing posts there is no turning back.

-- Sifting (through@the.rubble), March 13, 2000.

You guys, I'm not doing that. I'd bet a hundred bucks it's Old Git.

It's ironic she's going off today when I've just gotten on an even keel!

It is likely that one isn't real.

Best wishes,,,,,

Willcontinue...

I honestly think there are members of EZ board whom you don't know very well. It's apparent there is much hostility, because they I keep seeing posts over there about this forum and LL and how you just cant wait for us to "get what's coming to us". So it's a given that we would suspect them.

My gawd, I have never seen so many childish 'adults', and I use that term loosely.

-- cin (cinlooo@aol.com), March 13, 2000.

Cin...

I think Will Continue knows the hostile folks... and I'm sure it grates the EZBoarders that this forum is doing rather well. (laughter)

"How do you know it's an imposter, hmmmmmmmmm?"

I know.

" The uncensored forum extends invitations out to Looneys-R-Us and then attempts to blame those who sent them packing?"

My forum extends invitations to everyone, even the looneys who prefer Ed's forum. There's looneys on every forums.

"Thank goodness most of your forum participants aren't so gullible."

I concur.

-- Sir Richard (Richard.dale@onion.com), March 14, 2000.

Sir Richard,

Pop music is listened to by most "adults"... What would you suggest we listen to? John Tesh? (uuurp...) Yanni? (mmrrrup...) or how about we just pipe in elevator MUZAK (MMMMRROOUUGHHHHHAGGH!!!!).....

Ever heard of a band called Creed? Or how about a real barnburner, Godsmack? You are proving your narrowness by statements such as:

"Do you still listen to "pop music" at your age, grow up BB"

So, are you STRICTLY a classical kind of guy??? I personally like Ravel, Tchaikovsky (sp?), and Mozart.

So what about C&W??? Shania is da bomb...

Rock??? Joe Satriani is one of the best guitarists... ever. I am still partial to my old favorites, but I like a LOT of the new stuff: Godsmack, Days of the New, Creed, Collective Soul, Static-X, etc...

Have I completely lost you now???

I AM a adult... I HAVE grown up... I do not limit myself, like you seem to do...

"If you limit yourself in ANY endeavor, you limit your potential success." - yours truly

-- The Dog (dogdesert@hotmail.com), March 14, 2000.

I think I only heard one Godsmack song that they play over and over on the radio, and to be honest, they sound a lot like Metallica. I think they're okay, but I think I'd rather just listen to Metallica if I want to hear something that sounds like them.

-- (hmm@hmm.hmm), March 14, 2000.

Hush, Dog. Here, "My Own Prison" is playing now. Some people just can't stand alternative rock. Live with it. I've quit subjecting myself to opera. Lie down. Goooooooooood Dog.

-- (eyehurts@home.now), March 14, 2000.

Hmmmm,

If you think Godsmack sounds like Metallica, I bet you think Shania Twain sounds like Loretta Lynn also... And here are a few more you probably think sound the same:

Aerosmith and Boston

Judas Priest and Iron Maiden

Mozart and Beethoven

Alan Jackson and George Jones

Aretha Franklin and Ella Fitzgerald

Gomer Pyle and Jim Nabors (wait.... oh nevermind)

Stone Temple pilots and Creed

Joe Satriani and Chet Atkins

etc...

and you also verified my thoughts in my original post... LOL

snoozin' "sound"ly...

I bet you think Shania Twain sounds like Loretta Lynn also...

No, not really.

And here are a few more you probably think sound the same:

Aerosmith and Boston

No way!

Judas Priest and Iron Maiden

Not really.

Mozart and Beethoven

Hardly!

Alan Jackson and George Jones

Don't know.

Aretha Franklin and Ella Fitzgerald

No

Gomer Pyle and Jim Nabors (wait.... oh nevermind)

Ha ha

Stone Temple pilots and Creed

Ha. Stone Temple pilots sound like Pearl Jam. But they kinda sound like Creed also.

Joe Satriani and Chet Atkins

Don't know Chet to well.

pop music has its place, but ultimately most of what has been produced since the 40s is extremely poor musically and lyrically, with the possible exception of a few beetles tunes (and I mean a few) not much will be heard in 50 years time (who will be around on this forum to prove me wrong, well we shall see)

some jazz is Ok but ultimately the percussion gets in the way, I suppose I like ballad style piano, Diana Krall is a good singer (but not a marvellous pianist)

don't listen anymore to comtemporary pop music, esp. rap, dance etc etc (except in the gym!)

yes I was introduced to music in this order, classical, pop, jazz, yes I like Debussy, Ravel, Wagner, Mussorski, Resphigi, some mahler/bruckner, Mendlessohn, Scarlatti, Rameau, Chopin, Liszt

My nomination for the most underappreciated classical music work: Poeme (Opus 25) by Ernest Chausson. I'd recommend the recording by Itzhak Perlman and the NY Philharmonic, which CD also includes Ravel's Tzigane and other good stuff.

We now return you to our regularly scheduled bickering.
