I have recently purchased lsx encoder and MGI videowave3. The former is great but will not make a VCD unless the avi file is 352x288(pal) and MGI's effort is a very poor attempt. I am now no closer to my goal and have no pennies (cents) to purchase panasonics software. Basically, is anyone kind enough to send me a copy or able to direct me to a site where it is available.

Resize the AVI with VirtualDub, then encode with LSX.
