Very Urgent help needed

I noticed that my MPEG files plays correctly under MEdia Player. However, software decoders and hardware decoders seems to play it with video/sync problems (it always happens at the same place). The colours alaso seem different from when played under Media Player. Can someone please help me to solve this problem?

Erm I'm using the Panasonic Encoder 2.3 with the following settings.

Color Tone Correction : PC

Everything else is the same.

I had that problem too. The mpeg files played flawlessly on media player. But when I play it on the MP2000 hardware mpeg decoder, there were jerks and sometimes the sound stuttered. This also happened when I played it on a home VCD player but less obviously I think due to the error correction feature. So I think it is the capture which is not perfect. Therefore, before I burned the files to CDR, I always checked it by playing on the hardware mpeg decoder first. And also, I found that the capture will be better if I set graphics acceleration one notch after None in the Performance tab in System Properties.
