What are some VCD authoring programs other than the typical stuff ie. VideoPack, Easy CD etc? I'm particularly interested in pro-consumer stuff, anything with AT LEAST the functionality of VideoPack.

Philips Media OptImage makes video cd 2.0 toolkit for $1,500.00us. This is what the professionals use to make commercial video cd. There are too parts for about the same price. This one author the image, and then the other part write the cd.
