Went to Empress. Still no pitch games. Found one dealer cutting 1.25 decks (David, 30s, tall, glasses). Most  dealrs still cutting close to
two decks, so I just played at David's table. PB was watching most of 
the time and I thought he was going to tell David to cut two decks 
like all the other dealers, but he said nothing.
