I had to think about this for a day or so before commenting, and I'm still not sure how to comment. To be honest, I think it bothers me a little bit, but that may have been the purpose of your photograph in which case it has worked. Not the photograph itself, but the content makes me think "dead baby" for some unGodly reason and it makes me a bit squeamish. It's kind of shocking.

Technically, I think the hay should be darker and the skin of the baby less blown out, which may contribute more effectively to the feelings I gave in my first paragraph.
