Tonight's Chewsea Match

Anyone watch Chewsea suffering panic attacks against Marseille tonight?

They looked very beatable to me and rode their luck.

There were a few impressive performances from some of the Marseilles players that caught my eye. Bakayoko was full of tricks as was Fouget, who looked a great guy to link midfield & the strikers - he reminded me of Beardsley. Then De la Pena came on as a second half sub and looked pure class. Remember when we were supposed to be signing him? - If only!

Bad news from the West Ham game. Wor Stuart Pearce has broken his leg again and that may be the end of his career. It's a real shame for a true 100%er.

That's pretty sh*tty news regarding Psycho. Is it the same leg/break?

Can't see even him coming back from that. Time to call it a day methinks. He'll make a good manager.

Hairline fracture of left (same) leg. Doesn't look good for the man.

Agree about the manager bit, though wasn't he player manager at Forest and gave it up?

Story of his first game in charge at Forest goes along the lines of Stu is there with his starting 11 in his hand and shows it to his missus. "Not bad" she retorts, "Where's Mark Crossley?".

He'd only forgotton the keeper...or Crossley was injured and they only had Beasant as back up. Priceless, and another good name that could have helped our youth and reserves in the future...Imagine 10 years down the line with Shearer as Manager, Rob Lee as assistant and Pyscho and Bartinho as coaches...I'm not saying it'll be any good - just asking you to imagine it.
