What's that third eye for?

Scientific theory that we can exist in a spiritual form:

In an Austrian laboratory scientists destroyed bits of light in one place and made perfect replicas appear about 3 feet away. This supports the concept that when your dwelling place is destroyed by death, your perfect replica appears outside of your body and leaves via the light receptor which is the Pineal Gland (or "third eye").

Here is a brief technical review and then a breakdown in spiritual terms so you can understand what the scientists have just discovered. You have 3 Photons., A B and C. The idea is to transmit A to C. The researchers created B and C as entangled photons.Entangled photons become one but are opposites They then entangled B with A. The second step destroyed A but not before B took on the opposite of A's original characteristic. The change meant that C had to change polarization to remain the opposite of B. So C's polarization ended up the same as A. A and C became one.

Consider this. A is you. The Photon inside of your head. The part that goes on forever. B is Jesus and C is God. B and C are entangled. God and Jesus are one but opposite. God is super. Jesus human. B (Jesus) comes within us and entangles with A (us). We become one with Jesus. This destroys our original state. (As the Bible says it is no longer I who live but the Christ in me) Now since Jesus or B is part of you, God C has to change polarization to remain an opposite of Jesus-B. The opposite of B now is A. So Gods polarization changes to A. Thus we become one with God. We move out of the human body to the realm of light.

-Bill Donahue is the author of this piece. I don't know if I believe this theory or not, but it sounds neat and scientific. :-) I am open to all forms of religious theory. This kind of stuff fascinates me.

Hey Kritter, I went to visit some friends who just got back from 4 months in India. They brought out their bindis ( those little stick on dots that women wear on their forreheads) They gave me some those, to wear when I might have the chance (what? once a year?) They now have little ones made from a diamond with a flat back that stick on. Pretty cute.

Hang onto your bindis! That is the fashion accessory to have this summer! I don't know why...is it because of Madonna? All the fashions this year for young ladies are Indian in nature. Lot's of baticks and Elephants.

PS...I would love to try one on, just to see what I look like with it. Someone once told me I looked Indian, but I never asked them to clarify "which".

What do you think of that third eye thing? This pineal gland, scientist say...is some kind of light receptor and emitter, but they can't figure out what its for. I never heard about all this until lately...and now I'm wondering what the Indian culture has to say about it. I'll have to do some surfing, I guess.

Sis,

I think that the diamonds are for the nose. Serious

From the Indian women that I have seen (and there are many where I currently work), they either wear Black or Red dots. This will show their status, married or single. I can't remember which is which.

I think that the diamonds are used elsewhere, and nose is the place that seems to come to mind. Also, Indian women wear lots of gold, especially on their wedding day.

I think the dots on the foreheads of Moslem women are for target practice. I think this because the practice was instituted by Moslem MEN. [Then again, this could be something my mother told me.]

Yes, I hope they hurry up and liberate themselves, those women. India is in sore need of a good slap in the face in that regard.

I know about those diamond nose ornaments, and wasn't talking about those. They are really pretty though if you have a dark complexion, other wise they just look strange.

The bindi used to indicate marital status, but it's not a hard and fast rule anymore. It's become more of a fashion statement, with women of all statuses wearing bindis to match their salwar kamees, or saree. The special makeup that is worn by women on their wedding days by hindu women is also very beautiful. I will see if I can find a good pic of this. really beautiful.

Also, none of my friends are under anyone's thumb. Village women are of course, a different story.

This posting is for Anita, notgiving@anymore.com

For your information, Moslem women DO NOT, wear dots on their foreheads, and if we did, it is not for target practice by Moslem men.

Just because of some fanatic stupid people who go around killing people in the name of Islam, you should not stereo type all Moslems as being violent. Let me ask you this, just because the KKK uses the bible to justify their violent acts, does that make all Christians violent or racist? Come on, don't you think if we put ignorant thoughts behind us, this whole world would be a better place?

Indian women do wear the dot, but they are not Moslems, it is a Hindu religion and personally I think they look beautiful with it.

I had to respond to your comment, it is very offensive.

May God bless you and shed some light on your beliefs.
