On Star Trek:Voyager, there's a race of aliens called Breens. An intentional reference to Aeon Flux, or just coincidence?

I dunno... Aeon predates Voyager, and they already have "Nausicaans" (another animation reference) on that show.

A lot of sci-fi reminds me of AF. I recently saw Fahrenheit 451 (movie of the Ray Bradbury book), that reminded me a little of Aeon, also David Cronenberg's Existenz, or any Cronenberg movie for that matter. There's a mad doctor in Videodrome who says some very Trevor-ish things about television and reality...
