use camera bits to reduce noise of blue channel

Is there anybody who use canon eos d2000 or kodak dcs520 can give me some advice? for the canon eos d2000 user ,maybe you've had this experience ,that canon eos d2000, when you taking picture at iso1600,normaly the picture is not acceptable because of the noise of blue chanel of ccd. I have heard that there is a software is designed for adobe's photoshop ,it is a filter for it ,you can use it to reduce the noise of blue channel. I have got the software download from www.camera-bits.com,and load it on my pc.but I don't know how to run it,could anyone give me necesary instruction,thanks!
