This week's winner is : Mick Foley

Even though he lost at No Way Out and wasn't scheduled to appear on RAW or SMACKDOWN!, Mick Foley has had a tremendous career. From career threatening injuries to winning belts to hilarious segments, he has done it all. It's a shame he couldn't have won the belt and then go to Wrestle Mania to fulfill his life long dream.
