two things that would precipitate a phone call:
1) you've played one or more sessions (win or lose) within the last 24 hours that have not yet been reported.
2) your net loss from one or more sessions since last time you spoke with me is more than $900, but not more than $1350.

if your reason for calling is #2 (from above) and you cannot get ahold of me, then leave a message. after leaving the message, you can automatically drop the unit to $10 and start playing some more if you like (assuming you have at least 30 units to play with). do not start a session with less than 30 units available for play.

current unit size is $15 (barely).
end your session at first opportunity (new shuffle or count drops) if you've lost more than $900.
absolutely do not lose more than $1350 before calling in.

fairly repetitive message, i know. just want to make sure everything is crystal.
