Can anyone offer information on basic comparisons of these two technologies, discussing advantages and disadvantages of both? We are a university in process of planning an interactive tour and are interested in some third-party reviews. Thanks in advance.

I'll leave it to others to discuss browser penetration, file size, and ease of creation. The main thing for me is that QTVR looks great, and IPIX makes me queasy. Rotating a fish eye lens 360 degrees (IPIX) simulates some kind of drug experience I don't want to have. I can't stand them. QTVR movies, on the other hand, are almost always appealing.
