I just got an Artec View SCan hand held scanner. It seems pretty good with the fact that it was free. Now my problem is that when I try to scan for the first time in "Text Bridge Classic" to let the scanner communicate as a "TWAIN" source, it scans the image, but when I close the program, it says "Unable to read from scanner, please check cables and connections." Obviously, I have done this many times, and I'm wondering what to do. Is there another program that will do this for me. If so, could you please let me know.
