What is the best way (or service vendor) to convert digital images (Tiff or PhotoShop) onto 35 mm color negatives?I can import Tiff into PowerPoint, make Ektachrome positive slides, then transfer slides to negatives. But surely that's a roundabout way...

From your post it sounds like you have access to a film recorder of some type. Most recorders allow you to use 35mm negative film as well as positive film; and if it allows exporting from an application such as MS PowerPoint, surely it must have a twain driver.Check with the manufacturer of the recorder, as this would be the most direct process.
