minimum digital camera

I'm a real estate appraiser, about to go digital. I would like to know, what is the minimum specs, in a digital camera, that I would need to do an adequate job?? Will the Kodak dc215 deliver enough for me to take GOOD photos of the exteriors of houses, at 4 x 6 or 3 x 5 inch print?? Are there any appraisers out there that use this model?? Let me know what to do??

maybe a 1.5 megapixel or better camera. I suggest the canon A50, since this camera has a wider angle lens than competitors, probably useful for your type of work. It's pretty cheap.
