My IBM laptop will no longer recognise my Toshiba pdr-5 digital camera when inserted into the modem slot. My hard drive had to be cleared and Windows 98 was loaded from CDROM. I can only assume the driver is missing in Windows 98 as Windows 95 worked fine. I don't have and ini file to load. Can anyone help?

Go to the Toshiba web site and search for the latest drivers for your camera. I have never been to this site, but most manufacturers continually update with the latest available. I often go to manufacturer sites of equipment which I own just to be sure that my drivers are the latest.

if you cant find the driver on there site i have a pdrm5 and i can look for my disk, didnt your camera come with a cd?
