Tech Experts Discuss Cyber-Vandalism

WASHINGTON (AP)  Technology experts will meet today with members of Congress to discuss ways to combat computer vandalism. The summit follows attacks earlier this month on several major Web sites, including those operated by Yahoo!, Amazon.com and eBay, which were shut down by a flood of junk data. But the technology industry appears reluctant to ask Congress to enact anti-hacking measures, fearing it would lead to possible government interference.
