Dutch weatherbureau got problems with the 29thSorry but this link is in Dutch. It says that all dutch media did not receive the weatherreports this morning because of a computersystem with a leap-year bug. The problem is fixed now (i believe). Link to the KNMI (Royal Dutch Meteo Consult)
