My question: If the programmers and accountants didn't even take account of Y2K rollover why would they bother with the Gregorian calendar? Did they not simply account all years divisible by 4 to include Feb. 29? I am an 11.5 doomer, but I don't get where this leap year is an issue at all. Anyone care to give an explanation? I have seen many but they don't fly. I can be stupid most of the time, so explain it slowly and with detail.
