Right now I am using Polaroid's PDC 2000 wich has a lot of the asked features but image quality is in comparison to new digital cameras rather poor and it has no zoom.

I already tried Kodaks DC260/265/280/290 which are having all the features but the download time using snapping via TWAIN takes 1-2 minutes which is for event-photography much to long (reason: the picture is first saved to the compact flash card and then transfered to the computer so that the great advantages of USB are simply not used).
