Woohoo i'm the first :) The first movie that I recommend is 'Clue', because it's such a cute movie. Yes, it's based on the board game, so it's a whodunit, with lots of slapstick and killer one liners thrown in. It's sad it's not more well known.

'When a Stranger Calls', even if just for the beginning and ending. Absolutely terrifying.

Anything else I'd recommend, everyone's already seen :).

I just rented and watched "Clue" last night! I love that movie so much; I'm really going to have to buy it one of these days. Tim Curry is just amazing. *happysigh*

I watched another of my favorite movies tonight: "The Addams Family." :) I remember when I first saw the TV series when I was younger, I used to hope that I'd have a relationship someday that was as romantic and wonderful as Morticia and Gomez's. ;) Explains a lot, doesn't it? The second one ("Addams Family Values") is wonderful too...brings back memories of summer camp. ;)

Let's see...other movies I love..."The Adventures of Priscilla: Queen of the Desert." If you haven't seen this yet, run, don't walk, to the video store. Hugo Weaving is marvelous, and besides, who can beat a bunch of gay Australians driving around in the desert? I didn't think so. I so want to be a drag queen.

"Little Shop of Horrors." I had the biggest crush on Rick Moranis when I was little, and it rocks my world that he can sing, too! I used to sit around and sing along with "Suddenly Seymour" for hours at a time...oh, and I'm sure my present-day motorcycle fanaticism is probably partially Steve Martin's (or should I say Orin Scrivello, D.D.S.) fault.

Then, of course, there's "South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut," speaking of disturbing musicals. The first time I saw this, I was practically lying on the ground, laughing so much. Anyone who says that South Park is uncultured and simple-minded has never seen badly-animated little children, Satan, and potty-mouthed Canadians singing and dancing a parody of Les Miserable's "One Day More." Oh God. I almost died.

I'm noticing that all of my favorite movies are disturbing dark comedies. Hrm. Guess that's fitting. :)

Loved "Clue." LOVE IT. I've watched it like 83904384903 times. This weekend at the mall I almost bought a copy.

Also loved the musical numbers in South Park. I want to rent it, in fact. Maybe tonight!
