More shameless self promotion here...:-)

Today's new poll question has been posted. It is about what you think will happen on February 29th.

You can take the polls at The Bunker and click the "Polls" link at the top of the page. There are several questions in addition to the February 29th question.

Also, you can view the results during the day by clicking "Results".

Thanks...UB

What will happen? Not much. Mostly batch processes at risk, and if they made it through the rollover they'll be pretty much ok.

I'm letting out that big sigh of relief I promised, regarding Y2k. Now we're staying ready for the coming stock bubble bust. Last year I warned of a shooting war with China, and that looks increasingly likely. This is no time to donate all your preps, but Y2k is not gonna be the bogeyman. I'm amazed, but delighted.

Thanks Uncle Bob, your polls are always informative and fun.

On February 29th, 24 hours of events will occur, and then March 1st will arrive.

No disrespect Uncle Bob. But what difference does it make. A poll can not make it happen or not happen unless it is used as a psycological tool. Maybe it is for fun or for future "I told you so." What ever. I just wonder?????

Some will ignore/skip it and go straight to March 1st.(and hang out for a day, waiting for the rest of us to catch up...)

... and the rest will celebrate February 30, just like they always do .....

Uncle Bob,

On February 29th, all those who were born on this leap year day will finally be able to have *legitimate* birthday parties! I know one woman who will be having an *authentic* celebration! Imagine having to wait every four years! LOL!
