Hi

I'm thinking about EOS 3 as my new body, but I can't found this infos:

1) Is there mirror lock before exposure (to avoid shaking) ? 2) Is there rear curtain sync for flash ? 3) Film advance in fps with/without booster 4) Material of body (in hands its looks like plastics)

Petr, I can answer 1 & 2 offhand: Yes and Yes. 3 I think is 7/3 but I'm not sure. And 4 I don't know. However, all of these answers can be had at Canon USA.

I believe the body is essentially made of polycarbonate with the lens mount, mirror box and film guides made of cast aluminum.

Answer to no 4 is: polycarbonate (somesort of hightech, plastic which could absord shocks better than metal) also very resistance to cold temperature
