Abby One Ups Kerry...

What do you think the relationship will be between Abby and Kerry after the bounce back of the patient with the abdominal bleed? Abby seemed to follow the instructions given, but showed more than the "usual" female backbone indoing what she thought was right. And letting Kerry know the patient was "flu - ish" Priceless!

Is Abby the new Lucy? I mean, as a female with backbone, and all...

I am wondering if they are going to make Abby a "seer" or something, a la Teri the empathetic patient. The whole business about how she just had a feeling could be interesting (either good or bad) if she turns out to have a sixth sense or something. Then again, it could just be women's intuition... ;)

I don't know if I'd compare Abby to Lucy. If we're going to make comparisons, she seems more like Susan, with a touch of Carol.

Abby the "seer", hmmm. Maybe she's been taking classes with E-Ray (sp?).

What I liked best about this little storyline was that Kerry admitted to Abby that she was wrong. And very respectfully, Abby let Kerry know that Abby knew all along without having to resort to a snippy, "I told you so...." Instead, there seems to be a mutual respect, which is nice to see between teacher and student who are actually close in age. Perhaps they could be good friends. (kerry needs more friends..though she probably has more tahn she thinks)

I see Abby developing as a good mix of Susan and Jeannie. And yes I agree she would make a good friend for Kerry. I just hope they don't involve her romnatically with another staff member-there's enough of that already.

What I really liked is that Kerry said Abby was right, but did not apologize. Sooo Kerry. And she let Abby know that she knew full well that Abby had conspired to get the patient to come back a few minutes later and still followed her orders to discharge the guy.
