help-i recently downloaded scanwise for my afga scanner 1212P and when i preview and/or scan the picture starts out fine then a red layer comes over it and stays..what is going on? Black and white seems to scan fine...

saben hice funcionar el agfa 1212p con el scanwise para win98 que viene por defecto por la compra del scanner, ademas baje el drivers para win 2000, entonces trabajo con e soft de 98 y con el drivers de win 2000, ya que yo tengo win 2000, aparte es una mugre este scaners mas encima no me responden los mail desde el servicio tecnico de agfa.
