Greg, Sorry but this photo doesn't do anything for me. Maybe it is my monitor but it seems that the water is a little undersexposed and that the image in general is dark. Also, that little limb in the upper left corner is very distracting. I really think that the lower left 1/4 is the area of interest in this shot and that you might want to isolate out that area.

You might say this is cheating, but you oughtta splash water on the dry parts of the rocks in your picture and compare your results.

I disagree about the exposure, I like the dark moody feel of it. It's a nice, well balanced composition.....but, I think time exposure water shots are too dime-a-dozen these days. The nice green coloured rocks at the top right look a better bet for an interesting shot to me.

It's true the branches are distracting at first but on a second look, I like the way the water falls at one place and comes out at another. The effect would be greater if you could have hidden the little bit of water coming out at the bottom right.
