This area looks like it could be exploding with possibilities. For this particular composition, you may want to focus almost entirely on the shadow of the tree on the right half of the image. This appears to be the most powerful spot. IMO, you could include more of the small foreground stones and weeds, at the same time including the edge of the shadow that moves down the middle of this image. It mirrors the contour of the tree shadow nicely.

The way you have framed the image seems to split order and chaos right down the middle. The left side of the image relays the chaotic qualities of nature, while the right side gives the perception of order. Kind of the same way we think of our lives as orderly versus the chaotic way they tend to play. Thanks for evoking those thoughts Larry.
