Gas prices here in the Seattle area are going up. Saw $1.75 for premium unleaded at both a Texaco and a Chevron - Citgo and Arco are generally around $1.56 for premium.

Yup. Here west of Portland, Oregon about 30 miles, fuel prices have remained stable over the last few months, though not low as our prices have been highest in the nation for over a year. However, last night disel at most of the local stations jumped fom 1.39.9 or 141.9 to 169.9 -- 30 cents in one night!!!! A jump in gas prices was forecast for about htis time, when the "Bellingham Pipeline" was closed again on Tuesday or Wednesday last ......

Dick, multiply by about 4.

Here in Minneapolis, gas is now at $1.54/$1.65 unleaded/premium (discount dealers). Went up 12 cents in the past couple days.
