Did Sobricki REALLY do it?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : ER Discussions : One Thread

Since I didn't tape THE episode, I can't be sure of this but something someone said about seeing some guy standing off to the side and being creepy got me thinking.....How do we know that PAUL did it? Did we actually see the person or just a shadowy figure? What about his friend? Remember Paul talking about the muggings? Maybe his friend set him up? Oh hell, who knows? Just seems like they sent Paul off awful quick, ya know? Just a thought, anyways.

I think you're right, Jackie. Why assume he did it? I think he should get O.J. to help him track down the real killer...

Sorry, but this isn't a case of "rush to judgment." I did tape both episodes and I've watched them both at least twice. It was Paul in the shadows when he stabbed Carter. That would be the eyewitness account - I guess. Not to mention the circumstantial evidence...A knife missing in the lounge, Paul was caught in the lounge. Let's not forget about the confession - "I had to protect my organs...my internal organs...they were trying to take them...they were sticking me, they wouldn't stop sticking me." They have the right guy.
