LINK....Got my doubts. I think they have just found a patsy. Either way, the article shows the PTB can't stop the attacks. Apparently the best they can do is maybe find the attacker after the fact and only then when he brags about it.

With the credit card hacking and other related security issues going on in the background, this is too easy, but it makes for good reading and is an excellent diversionary tactic. Besides, maybe it's for real and someone put him up to it. A conspiracy theorist's dream! An investigator's worst nightmare.
