This will only get worse as competition heats up. I wonder what their version of the Superbowl looks like.

I wonder why "teenagers" seem to be patronized in the hacker scenario by maintstreamers .I had some. They grew up with IT.As a class they are passionate, committed, tend to see things in black and white, are generally going through a phase of anti-authoritarianism and have no sense of mortality. The common bond is youth and it is universal in the cohort. Even worse, it's really, really hard to b.s. them. They still perceive with that odd clarity of childhood and catch a lie in the blink of an eye. The adolescent is the military recruit par excellence. Any old timers out there from the sixties? I was conservative and sheltered but by golly the ones that got it on big time in the Days of Rage were the "teenagers". Excuse the rant, but the downside of this is the "morale" problem and the military. Ever dealt with one of these critters that's been disillusioned or had their ideals trampled underfoot? Think we need to be diverting more serious attention to this age group and instituting remediation efforts.
