CIA coming in on the investigation smells like this is a BIG job going on by alot more than a couple youngsters. Perhaps an enemy state. This last hacking may have only been a "test" of their abilities. It looks pretty obvious that the TPTB believe it was only the beginning. :}

Noticed the postings on privatization of government service>introduction of massive linked data bases>substandard performance by contractors and/or security violations>increasing identification of network holes and vectoring of death codes /viruses>importation of and planned increase of importation of non-citizen IT resources>more open reporting on IT involvement with former soviet block (include China) countries as roll-over came.
