Is there are a way to make a DVD on a CD-R that will play on standalone VCD/DVD Player? Thanks for any answers

There is a package that I am currently working on, containing step-by- step guides and all of the software that you need in order to complete this task with excellent results. There is currently great demand for this product, as everything you need is included in the package at a very cheap price.
