VCD burned with Nero doesn't play right in Gamars PSX movie card

Hi. I'm new to this board and I have a problem. The VCD I burned with my HP CD Writer Plus 7200 using Nero doesn't play correctly on my Gamars PSX movie card. The picture locks on a mixture of the movie card menus and the first frame of the movie and the audio skips. I used Xing to encode the files. I also tried burning to a CDRW and playing in my Pro Scan DVD player. No luck there either.

Silverbolt: I am assuming that you are using Xing to produce a correct VCD 2.0 compliant mpeg1 clip. I haven't tried the Pro Scan DVD player yet, but have you tried a Sony CDRW brand media to test with? The symptom you are describing sounds like either there is a problem with video bitrate is being too high or your media is not compatible with players.

Are you sure CD-RW media are supported? PSX cannot read such things (reflective capabilities od CD-RW is diferent from CD-R..)
