Hi All, Can somebody please advise me on which Hardware Filter should I buy.I am getting edge artifacts on the images and want to get rid of it. All the help will be highly appreciated.

Get something called M-Filter. It makes even shitty VHS look good. www.darvision.com is where you can get info on it. Well worth it.
