'It Takes A Village To Tip A Waitress,' Says Right-Wing Web Site

Who says members of the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy don't have a heart?

As news percolated through the Internet Friday that Hillary Clinton had accepted a hearty free breakfast at an upstate New York diner and then stiffed the waitress out of her tip, charter VRWC members at the Web site Free Republic were taking pledges to make up for the First Freeloader's stinginess.

As of Saturday morning, the "It Takes A Village To Tip A Waitress Fund" had collected over $250.00 in pledges.

Within 24 hours of its first report in the Washington Times, the story of the Hillary's snub of "Trish" the waitress (her boss at the "Village House" diner in Albion, N.Y., won't release her full name) had become a defining moment in Clinton's bid to become that state's next U.S. senator.

The First Freeloader initially ordered oatmeal to go, so the story goes. But then Her Stinginess ripped up her diet and ordered up scrambled eggs topped with cheese, hash browns and rye toast. Next, when she thought nobody was looking, she wolfed down a second helping of eggs.

The cholesterol-laden Senate candidate thanked her hosts and made a beeline for the door - without leaving so much as a penny tip for poor Trish, who not only had to schlep all that food to Her Hungriness, she's also a struggling single mom who works for below minimum wage and has to pay her own health insurance.

NewsMax.com is happy to endorse any worthy charity, especially this one:

Those who want to help "Trish" can visit Free Republic's "It Takes A Village To Tip A Waitress" Web page. Or simply send your donation to:

One thing that I'm not sure was mentioned in the posted article: organizers are asking anyone who sends a donation to use "Vast Right Wing Conspiracy" as the return address.

Good idea...even a poor monk can probably dig up a buck!

If Trish feels that she doesn't want the money, she can always donate it to the Republican senate campaign...on the other hand, a waitress is usually just scraping by...

There is a whole lot that you can tell about a person just by their tipping habits. What is that saying...."money talks - bullsh*t walks".

Yes yes yes this WILL get out to major media (if I have anything to do with it).

P.S. Word to the wise...never piss off your waitress until AFTER you get your food.

Hellary is scary. Do New Yorkers have the good sense not to elect her? Sheesh, so transparent, she's not even from there!

One tiny mitigating factor: Hilary was given the meal for free. It's possible (isn't it...?) that she simply FORGOT to tip, since she didn't end the meal by pulling out her wallet.

I could see doing that myself, & then feeling shitty about it afterwards.

I loathe Hilary as much as anyone, but could we possibly give her the benefit of the doubt here...?

NO! Don't ever piss off your hairdresser either! The fact that she didn't have to pay for the meal should have prompted her to INCREASE the size of the tip!

"Don't ever piss off your hairdresser either!"

Pissed-off waitresses... pissed-off hairdressers... Makes me want to stay home for dinner, & cut my own hair.

Actually, that's what I tend to do anyway, by-passing this whole stupid issue.

So much for the 'little people'. Leona Helmsly, move over.

Not true .... both Bill and Hillary have (in the past, but I don't know exactly how many times!) refused/made excuses not to pay the small businesses they have been inside, then "borrowed" money (usually from the closest Secret Service agent) to pay for the hamburger or trinket. She knew what she was doing.

Remember when Hillary was going to be on Letterman - Bill (staying at their million dollar mansion, with a combined INCOME of over 400,000.00 per year - said he couldn't watch her on TV BECAUSE THEY HAD NO Television, that they had never needed to buy a TV before.

So he strongly hinted he wanted some wealthy donar to come by and bring him one........rather than paying for it himself. Didn't want to spend their cattle futures money maybe. Didn't want to spend the 100,000 stolen from NY taxpayers for a twelve page report supposedly written by Hillary.

It's their typical ploy - her latest fund-raiser was classified as official White House business, attended by paid White House staffers, but charged admission.

All blantantly illegal - but ignored by the compliant press eager to press their agenda.

Robert, in our experience, this is exactly how lawyers tend to operate. And if they *do* pay the tiddledeewinks, later they find some tiny flaw in their "service" and SUE or send threatening letters to 1. get their money back; or 2. not have to pay the balance.

Lawyers have a warped perception of life. Whether it's their training or their group-MO -- still, it is recognizeable behavior.

After hearing these types of stories all these years, we simply refuse to take a job where a lawyer is the overseer or son/daughter in control.

That would be ASKING for trouble!

Hillary stiffed the waitress for the tip. Collary; "Don't piss of your waitress until after you've been served." Also; "Don't piss off your hairdresser, either."

Now take a look at Hillary's hair. Do you think she's been tipping the hairdresser very well over the last few years?

WW ;)
