all photos are in the hard drive but wont load to album can load to disk an save to and save as ricoh 0100001.jpg to album but can not save in photo album all three albums go blank if i close or switch between them harold warnick hwarn10178@aol.com

Answers

It might be possible to get answers if you could identify the actual album software program (and other programs) you are using. It should tell you if you click Help and then About when the Album program is loaded and selected. I don't advise reloading any of the softwae until you have made certain you have copied the photos to a different folder under different names. Leaving them in the default or original position/filenames could be iffy if you need to reload the programs. If the programs all came with the camera (from Ricoh) contact them, it may be a situation they are aware of. You could also contact the software companies that produced the programs. It's not unusual for software to be shipped with either bugs and/or manufacturing errors that come to light after product is shipped. The companies (well, reputable ones anyway) then try to have fixes available as they become aware of the problems and solutions.
