Well,
Its about that time. I've had a ball on the site ove rthe past year +/- a few months. I've made new freinds, created a few disturbances, and generally had myself one hell of a great time. But, like most parties, all good things must come to an end, and seeing that it's a Monday, and this past weekend just was so quiet on the board, I figure it's time to say Vio con Dios everyone.

I'd like to say thanks to everyone for their time and that I had a blast. In particular I wasnt to Thank: Diane and the Sysops for all their help and support, The Zogster, for the incredible eye-opening posts, and to all those who went before me into the "Great Bandwidth Beyond!"

One last thing for y'all, doomer and polly alike. With Y2K having been a bust, It's easy to forget that there are still forces and issues out there that would like nothin more than to 'bite' you in the ass when you least expect it. No matter what happens, always remember that close freinds and a closer family will always see you through. Stand Strong, Be Strong, and always remember:

ALWAYS SUPPORT YOUR TROOPS!!!

Think of the last 2 years as a magician's show .... we were watching the left hand , while the right was manuvering unseen with the Y2K dissappearing , and waah la ! You have in it's stead ... take your pick: a) Stock market collapse AND higher interest rates . b) 5-10 year depression AND oil prices stay high ! c) Military in total disarray , as vets leave in droves AND China takes Taiwan . d) Russia takes all of Cacusas oil fields AND joins (helps) Iraq/Iran take Saudia feilds too . e) North Korea takes South Korea ; withdrawal by U.S. AND with/without China , threatens Japan with nukes ! f) Biowarfare here by China/Ben Laden/Russian/etc. terriorists AND at least one U.S. city nuked with suitcase bomb . g) WWIII by 2001 ! h) ALL OF THE ABOVE !!!

Not saying your leaving too soon ; I am saying , like McArthur , we shall return . We are in the eye of the hurricane , NOT on the edge . Eagle
