I'm trying to get my editing area dialed in, I baffled the flourescents and am pretty happy with the results. But what color should I paint the walls, who makes 18% gray paint. Right now we have teal ceiling panels & yellowish creamy walls, leaving us with subdued, green light. Any ideas?

Go to Home Depot with a grey card, they will scan it and make you some custom paint, I did it for my setup and it works great. Also go get good D65 flouresent(sp?) bulbs, stock over the counter bulbs let off a nasty cast as you know. Most commercial lighting supply houses sell the bulbs you won't find at Home Depot.
