Currently using Panasonice Encoder 2.3. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Goto www.cinax.com and look on their support page for 'capture system' drivers fro all major capture board manufactures, cinax have rectified all problems. I use their version of the ATI file.Hope this helps,

I did not see anything at www.cinax.com to solve the audio/video sync problems from the Panasonic encoder
