I need a device that captures directly to MPEG-1

I am especially looking for the following:

Snazzi Dazzle (paralel or USB) Videonics Python Studio MP10 All in Wonder 128 (if there is a pci version, i want that)

I dont want to try and win it on an auction because I have no time to bid.
