Gee...didn't Clinton ask for $30 million for net police in Monday's budget request?

and, then...right on cue, there's a massive wave of spam attacks and hizzoner Reno promises to "get to the bottom of it"....more resources! more bread! more circuses!

There seems to be a consistent problem in load site lately? I have this problem almost everyday now... the strange thing is I don't have a problem loading a weather site but only at TB2000 and Y2K & Beyond type sites... but I did something sort of out of the ordinary lately and it makes me think... I disconnect my phone line and re-boot... and plug back in line a I load the site instantly...

What do all these Clinton net cops do on the web? I delete my internet temp. files daily but is there a possibility that someone (government) can copy my files and extract them through window 95 & 98 or through what is called the NSA key?

Whatever, what seems to be happening...it stops when I unplug and re- boot... by the way I have an excellent computer a MICRON Millennia Mme... and my phone line is the only part of my computer that is accessible through wires...My home runs from our own electrical supply detached from the GRID.

I DON'T BELIEVE PERSONALLY THAT THERE ARE HACKERS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RECENT SABOTAGE OF THE WEB... I BELIEVE IT IS SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE DATE CHANGE PROBLEM THAT SEEMS TO BE SURFACING IN EVERY AREA OF PERSONAL AND BUSINESS LIFE. BRyan
